It is very clear from all of the evidence on this website that my taxes are not being spent equally in our area. Most of the money is being spent in other areas other than Sunshine.

I work long, hard hours and so does my wife and we think that if our kids cant hve the same sort of facilities than what kids in the southern, eatsern and northern suburbs then we should be given a different tax rate.

Our rates are higher than what my brother pays for in Glen Waverly with a similar house.

There is nowhere for my kids to go for fun or sports except soccer but our change rooms at the soccer club are a disgrace not useable.

What is embarrassing is that all of my brotherds kids are great swimmers but our kids cant swim and are scared of water.


Would it be possible for the people in our ward, Derrimut, be given a 10% tax discount so we can put it toward getting our 4 kids to Albert Park and back for swimming. (We sent them on the bus to highpoint but is is very crowded and the buses dont run on Sundays.
